About SarkariKagaz

Our Story

SarkariKagaz.pro was born out of a frustration that millions of Indian students know all too well - spending hours preparing a government exam application, only to have it rejected at the very last step because a photo was 3 KB over the limit, or the dimensions were off by a few pixels.

We are a small independent team based in Pune, Maharashtra. The idea came to us while helping a friend reapply for the SSC CGL form after it was rejected twice - not because of eligibility, not because of marks - but because the photo background was slightly off-white instead of pure white, and the portal's automated validator flagged it.

That felt absurd. The technology to fix this is simple. The information about exact specs is public. So why were lakhs of students either paying cybercafe operators to "fix" their photos, or downloading sketchy APKs that uploaded their personal photos to unknown servers?

The same rejection-by-technicality problem we started with for exam photos turns out to be everywhere in Indian paperwork - a notary's exact wording for an affidavit, a form that only exists as a photocopy someone handed you, a PDF you need to sign but don't own a printer for. So the toolkit grew to cover that too, for anyone dealing with sarkari kaam kaaz - students, job applicants, government employees, and everyone else standing in a queue they'd rather not be in.

What We Do

SarkariKagaz.pro provides a focused toolkit built specifically around Indian sarkari kaam kaaz - not generic utilities adapted for India, but tools designed ground-up for the exact problems people run into with government paperwork, exam applications, and everyday official documents:

• Photo & Signature Resizer - auto-loads the exact dimensions, KB limit, and background rule for 29 major exams across banking, SSC, railways, defence, education, and agriculture recruitment
• Affidavit & Document Formats - 34 ready-to-fill formats covering name mismatch, income/caste/domicile certificates, legal heir, RRB/defence declarations, passport annexures, bank & education loan undertakings, tenant verification, and more - fill, sign, and print, or upload your own copy if an office wants different wording
• Scan & Fill - photograph or upload a physical paper form, straighten it to a clean A4 page, and fill it on screen instead of by hand
• PDF Fill & Sign - type into and sign any PDF, or a photo/scan of a form found anywhere, without owning a printer or scanner
• PDF Compressor & Image/Format Converter - shrink scanned certificates and marksheets to fit a portal's upload limit, or convert between JPEG/PNG/PDF, without losing legibility
• Age Eligibility & In-Hand Salary Calculators - SC/ST/OBC/PwD age relaxation and DA/HRA/deduction math, worked out automatically instead of by hand from a notification PDF

Every one of these runs entirely in your browser - nothing you upload into any of our tools is transmitted to a server, ever.

Our Commitment to Privacy

When you upload a passport photo or a certificate to any website, you are placing significant trust in that service. Government exam documents are used for identity verification - they are sensitive personal data.

We made a deliberate architectural decision when building every tool on this site: all processing runs entirely in JavaScript inside your own browser. Your file is loaded into your browser's memory, processed, and made available for download - all without a single network request carrying your document's data. Even we cannot see the files processed on our platform. This is not a marketing claim; it is how the code works, and anyone with technical knowledge can verify it by monitoring network traffic while using any tool on this site.

We are funded by non-intrusive display advertising. We do not charge for any tool, do not require account registration, and do not monetise user data in any form.

Why Choose Us
