- Wrong exam specification - if a photo/signature size, KB limit, or background rule on our site doesn't match your exam's actual notification, tell us the exam name and the correct spec with a source link if you have one. We verify and update within 48 hours.
- Wrong or outdated document format - if an affidavit's wording, an annexure letter, or a form field on our site doesn't match what your notary or office actually wants, tell us which format and what's different.
- A tool not working correctly - the resizer, compressor, calculators, Scan & Fill, PDF Fill & Sign, or any format generator misbehaving on your device/browser. Mention your device, browser, and what went wrong.
- Request a new exam profile or document format - if an exam isn't in our Photo & Signature Resizer's preset list, or a document/affidavit format you need isn't on the site yet, let us know and we'll add it.
