We collect the minimum amount of information necessary to operate the website. Here is a clear breakdown:

Information you provide directly:

• If you contact us via our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the message you submit.
• We do not require account registration to use any of our tools.

Information collected automatically:

• Log data: When you visit our website, our servers automatically record standard log data including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and the time and date of your visit. This is standard for all websites.

6. Image Processing and Privacy

This is the most important privacy feature of SarkariKagaz.pro and we want to be completely transparent about it.

When you upload a photo using our tool:

• The image is loaded into your browser's memory (RAM) temporarily.
• Our JavaScript code reads, resizes, compresses, and re-formats the image entirely within your browser.
• The processed image is then made available for you to download — again, entirely on your device.
• When you close the browser tab or refresh the page, the image is cleared from memory.
• No network request containing image data is ever made.

This architecture means that even we cannot see, access, or recover any image you process on our platform. This is especially important because the photos processed on our tool are passport-size photographs that may be used for sensitive government applications.

7. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share limited data in the following circumstances only:

• Service providers: We use Google Analytics and Google AdSense. These services have their own privacy policies and data practices, as described in Sections 4 and 5.
