IBPS PO admit cards (call letters) and results are issued exclusively through ibps.in. We don't host, check, or store your admit card or result — this guide explains the process and links you straight to the official site.
Why Your IBPS PO Admit Card Doesn't Name a Specific Bank
Here's what makes IBPS PO structurally different from a single-bank exam like SBI PO: IBPS runs the Common Recruitment Process (CRP) jointly on behalf of multiple participating public sector banks, and your admit card at every stage — Prelims, Mains, and Interview — is issued as a generic "IBPS PO" document, not tied to any one bank. You only find out which specific bank you're allotted to after the entire selection process finishes: IBPS ranks all selected candidates and runs an allocation based on your rank, your bank preference order (submitted during application), and each bank's available vacancies — similar in spirit to engineering college counselling. So don't be confused if your call letter never names "Bank of Baroda" or "Canara Bank" specifically — that information genuinely doesn't exist yet at the admit-card stage.
How to Download Your IBPS PO Admit Card
IBPS releases a call letter separately for each stage of the Common Recruitment Process (CRP PO/MT) — Preliminary, Mains, and the Interview:
- Go to the official website, ibps.in
- Find the "CRP PO/MT" recruitment link for the current cycle, then the call letter/admit card section
- Log in using your registration number and password or date of birth, as instructed
- Download the PDF and save at least two copies — one on your phone, one printed
- Check your name, photo, exam date, and venue as soon as you download it — not the night before
What Your Admit Card Will Show
Your call letter carries forward the photo and signature you uploaded during registration, along with your exam venue and reporting instructions. This is exactly why getting your photo and signature right at the application stage matters.
If you haven't resized your photo and signature to IBPS specifications yet, our IBPS PO Photo & Signature guide covers the exact dimensions and KB limits before you apply.
Common Admit Card Issues — and What to Do
Photo or signature unclear
If your photo looks blurry or doesn't match what you uploaded, this usually traces back to a photo that didn't meet the exact upload specification. Contact IBPS through their official helpdesk or grievance channel immediately — don't wait until the exam date.
Name, category, or venue mismatch
Do not try to correct these yourself or edit the PDF. Reach out to IBPS through the official helpdesk listed on ibps.in as soon as you spot the error.
Call letter not visible yet
Call letters are typically released a short window before each stage, and timing can vary by cycle. If it isn't available yet, keep checking ibps.in directly — there is no way to "check status" faster through a third party.

Open IBPS PO Resizer →How to Check Your IBPS PO Result
IBPS publishes results for Prelims, Mains, and the final interview stage through a login-based system on ibps.in, and also releases roll number lists for some stages. There's no separate third-party "result checker" — you check directly on the official site.
- Visit ibps.in and look for the "CRP PO/MT" results section
- Log in with your registration number and password/date of birth, if the stage requires login
- Alternatively, search the published roll number list PDF for your roll number
After the Result — Provisional Allotment, Then IBPS's Role Ends
IBPS PO runs through Preliminary → Mains → Interview → a final merit list → provisional bank allotment. Once IBPS completes the allotment (rank + preference + vacancy, as explained above), its role in the process ends — from that point, the specific bank you're allotted to takes over communication directly, sending your appointment letter and joining formalities to your registered email and address. If you're waiting to hear about joining dates after your allotment, that communication comes from your allotted bank, not from IBPS or ibps.in. Keep your registration details, past call letters, and correctly-sized photo and signature saved and ready throughout, since each stage can have its own document requirement.
Admit card and result dates, portal design, and processes can change with each IBPS notification. This page is a general process guide, not a live status tracker. Always verify current dates and instructions directly on ibps.in. SarkariKagaz.pro is not affiliated with IBPS.
