Official sources only

Every admit card and result is issued exclusively through each exam's own official website — never through a third-party aggregator, including this one. We don't host, check, or store your admit card or result for any exam below; this page just gets you to the right official portal quickly, in one place, instead of five separate near-identical pages.

Official Portals — 12 Exams

Each exam conducting body runs its own separate portal. Bookmark the one relevant to you rather than this whole list:

GATE's official website changes every year

Unlike the other exams above, GATE doesn't have one permanent domain — a different IIT (or IISc) organises it each year on a rotating basis, so the official site is a fresh subdomain each cycle (something like gate2026.iitX.ac.in). A bookmark from a previous year's GATE will not work for the current cycle. Search "GATE [current year] official website" fresh each time rather than reusing an old link.

How the Admit Card & Result Process Generally Works

Across almost all of these exams, the process follows a similar shape, even though the exact portal and login differ:

  1. The admit card (also called hall ticket or call letter) is released a fixed window before your exam date — this window varies by exam, sometimes just a few days, sometimes longer, so start checking the official portal regularly once your exam date is announced
  2. Log in using your registration number/roll number and date of birth or password, as instructed on the specific portal
  3. Download the PDF and save at least two copies — one on your phone, one printed
  4. Check every detail (name, photo, exam date, centre, reporting time) as soon as you download it — not the night before your exam
  5. Results are typically published as a roll-number PDF or through a login-based scorecard, on the same official portal — never through a third-party "result checker"

What Your Admit Card Carries Forward

Across every exam above, your admit card carries forward the photo and signature you uploaded during registration, along with your exam centre, date, and reporting instructions. This is exactly why getting your photo and signature right at the application stage matters — whatever you uploaded is what appears on this document and gets checked at your exam centre. If you haven't resized your photo and signature to your specific exam's specification yet, use the related photo guide link in the table above, or jump straight into the resizer below.

Pick your exam and resize your photo and signature to the exact specification — free, instant, and it never leaves your browser.

Common Admit Card Issues — and What to Do

Photo or signature unclear

If your photo looks blurry, pixelated, or doesn't match what you uploaded, this is almost always a symptom of a photo that didn't meet the exact upload specification in the first place. Contact the exam body's official helpdesk immediately — don't wait until the exam date.

Name, category, or exam centre mismatch

Do not try to correct these yourself or attempt to edit the PDF. Reach out to the relevant exam body through their official grievance or helpdesk channel as soon as you spot the error.

Admit card not visible yet

Release timing varies genuinely by exam — some release only a few days before the exam, others give more notice. If it isn't available yet, keep checking the official portal directly from the table above; there is no way to "check status" faster through a third party.

Disclaimer

Admit card and result dates, portal design, and processes can change with each notification cycle for any of these exams. This page is a general process guide and link directory, not a live status tracker. Always verify current dates and instructions directly on the relevant official portal. Frequently Asked Questions

Always on the official exam conducting body's own website — never through a third-party aggregator. Each exam's official portal is listed in the table on this page. We don't host, check, or store admit cards for any exam.
GATE is organised by a different IIT (or IISc) each year on a rotating basis, so its official website domain changes annually (for example, gate2026.iitX.ac.in). Search "GATE [current year] official website" rather than relying on a bookmarked link from a previous year.
The photo on your admit card is the one you uploaded during registration. If it looks blurry or incorrect, this usually traces back to a photo that didn't meet the exact upload specification. Contact the exam body's official helpdesk immediately — don't wait until exam day.
Each exam publishes results directly on its own official website, either as a downloadable roll-number PDF or through a login-based scorecard system. There is no universal third-party result checker — always use the official portal listed for your exam.
No. We do not collect or process your roll number, registration details, or any personal exam data. This page only lists official portals and links you directly to them — you check your own status securely on the official site.
